You can ask for a full refund in case you fail the coursework, midterm, final exam or any of the crucial component of your coursework. However, there are further details when can you expect a refund.

  • In case your midterm is failed and you are not willing to proceed, we will refund for the midterm exam.

  • In case your final is failed and you are not willing to proceed, we will refund for the final exam. Hence, if final exam overall percentage was 20%, you will get 20% refund on the agreed payment towards the online class.
  • In case there is any partial grade change due to quiz fail, we can refund for the same and deduct it from the outstanding payment towards the coursework. 
  • You cannot ask for the complete refund unless the final grade of the onlin class is out.
  • For qualifying refund the overall grade of the class should be less than 60%, i.e. E grade or worse.
     

Missing Deadline Refund
